Belton CARES is a community-driven coalition, supported by the Missouri Department of Mental Health and in partnership with First Call, dedicated to empowering Belton youth through collaboration, prevention, and positive change.
Through strategic partnerships with local schools, law enforcement, health professionals, faith organizations, and families, Belton CARES works to create a safe, supportive environment where youth can thrive. By focusing on prevention, education, and early intervention, the coalition aims to reduce substance use and mental health challenges among young people. Together with First Call and other key stakeholders, Belton CARES strengthens the community’s ability to respond to the needs of its youth and build a healthier, more resilient Belton.
